Rick Owens offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that personalized items and certain laboratory products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section of the website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return pro-forma invoice and RMA label are clearly visible on the exterior.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience or drop off the package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and verifies the condition of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
